- Shuttering Perfection: The staircase and slab shuttering were finalized with utmost precision, creating the perfect mold for the concrete. We ensured the overall alignment and level of formwork was spot-on, and that shuttering forms were properly fixed and tightened at all joints to prevent any leaks or imperfections during the pour.
- Electrical Infrastructure: All electrical conduit pipes were skillfully installed within the slab, laying the groundwork for your home’s future connectivity. We specifically checked the placement of all electrical conduits, fan boxes, and down light boxes to ensure they were correctly positioned.
- Reinforcement Verification: Our engineers conducted thorough checks on the beam and slab reinforcement, guaranteeing structural integrity and durability. This included single line checkouts of all beam, slab, and wall reinforcement bars, verifying the junction of slab to beam reinforcement bars, and confirming the correct spacing and alignment of both bottom and top reinforcement bars.
- Site Readiness: We performed essential pre-pour steps like checking the concrete cover, ensuring the slab perimeter aligned perfectly with land grid points, and thoroughly cleaning the slab and beam area to guarantee optimal concrete bonding. Crucially, we also applied anti-termite treatment before the slab pour for long-term protection of your home.
The concrete pour commenced promptly at 11:00 AM and was completed efficiently by 3:00 PM. Despite the cloudy skies and occasional drizzles, our dedicated team in Bangalore powered through, ensuring a seamless and high-quality pour.

- Hidden Infrastructure: We confirmed the placement and sizing of all column stirrups and the overall alignment and level of the slab, beams, and columns.
- Final Pre-Pour Checks: Our team diligently checked for any debris or water accumulation that could compromise the concrete, and ensured proper support for the shuttering system.
